Pre-school football practice has come to a close and the players and coaches will be starting school on Monday.
As a final get together prior to the beginning of school, the Mama Eagles are hosting a cookout for the football players, coaches, cheerleaders, dance team, and their families this Friday evening at 6 p.m..
Burgers and hot dogs and all the fixings will be provided by the Mama Eagles with the team members being asked to provide drinks, desserts, and buns.
Senior high football players are asked to provide packages of 20 ounce gatorade; junior high football players are asked to provide canned Pepsi products; and 7th grade football players are asked to provide a package of hamburger buns.
Senior high cheer and dance members are asked to provide a dessert; junior high cheerleaders are asked to provide a case of water; and the pep squad members are asked to provided a package of hot dog buns.
Following the cookout, the Mama Eagles will have their first meeting of the year to elect officers and allow parents to sign up to work in the concession stands during football games.
