<p>Winter weather blew in last week and sent temperatures plunging. It was so cold last week that the water fountain beneath the Eiffel Tower likeness at Eiffel Tower Park in downtown Paris was displaying a lot of icy water. If we can get through today, though, the weather will bring us a mid-January warm-up with highs in the upper 50s and mostly sunny skies.</p>
