<p>Putting up Christmas lights: City employees have been working on decorating Courthouse Square for Christmas for several weeks. They were stringing Chrsitmas lights around the Logan County Courthouse last week. The lights will be turned on during a ceremony scheduled Saturday which will be followed by the annual Christmas Parade.</p>
