Lorene Catlett, 89, of Booneville died Feb. 25, 2014. She was born Sept. 24, 1924 in Paris, the daughter of Marion Bonnie and Myrtle Leon (Corley) Reames.
She attended the Church of Christ. Lorene worked many years as a secretary in the Booneville Farm Bureau office. She was preceded in death by her parents, Marion and Myrtle Reames, her husband, Glen Catlett; two brothers, Ernest and Harles Reames; two sisters-in-law, Irene Reames and Lelia (Catlett) Elkins and brother-in-law, Hobert Catlett.
Visitation will be 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 27, 2014 at Booneville Funeral Service Chapel.
Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Friday, Feb. 28, 2014 at Booneville Funeral Service Chapel with burial at Old Union Cemetery in Magazine under the direction of Booneville Funeral Service.
She is survived by one daughter, Peggy Adair and husband Jimmy of Fort Smith; one son, Neal Catlett and wife Thursey of Hartford; one sister, Patsy Rice and husband Jimmy of Paris; two sisters-in-law, Mae Reames and Robbie Catlett; five grandchildren, Kristi Brownfield and husband Shannon of Harrison, Eric Catlett and wife Toni of Booneville, Stacey Breslow and husband Keith of Centerton, Mike Adair and wife Monica of St. Louis, Mo., Brandy Izell and husband Steven of Poteau, Okla.; 13 great-grandchildren, Hailey Porter and husband Caleb, Tanner Elliott, Brandon Maness, Emily Brownfield, Rachel Brownfield, Devin Catlett, Avery Breslow, Riley Breslow, Garrett Izell, Austin Adair, Emrey Breslow, Cali Izell and Caden Adair.
Pallbearers will be Neal Catlett, Jimmy Adair, Eric Catlett, Keith Breslow, Michael Adair and Tanner Elliott. Honorary pallbearers will be Shannon Brownfield, Steven Izell and her nephews.
