Juanita Rose (Stanfill) Purifoy

Juanita Rose (Stanfill) Purifoy, 66, of New Blaine passed away on Friday, Aug. 22, 2014 in New Blaine.

She was born on Nov. 8, 1947 in Chicago, Ill. to her parents Grady Meryl and Rose Beatrice (Beal) Stanfill.

She was a retired LPN from Methodist Hospital in Memphis, Tenn. and St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center in Russellville and was a member of St. Benedict Catholic Church in Subiaco.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Grady Meryl and Rose Beatrice Stanfill and three brothers, Tommy Stanfill, Bill Stanfill and Ernest Stanfill.

Visitation will be held from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m., on Wednesday, Aug. 27, 2014 at Roller Funeral Home Chapel in Paris.

Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 28, 2014 at St. Benedict Catholic Church in Subiaco officiated by Fr. Aaron Pirrera OSB. Burial will be held at 2 p.m. at Fort Smith National Cemetery under the direction of Roller Funeral Home. Online guestbook at www.rollerfuneralhomes.com

She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Larry Douglas Purifoy of New Blaine; one daughter, Vicki Harris of Munford, Tenn.; one son, John Purifoy of New Blaine; one brother Grady Stanfill of Tennessee; one granddaughter.
