William “Bill” Pugh, 65, of Paris, passed away on Monday, June 10, 2013 in Fort Smith. He was born on July 9, 1947 in Rover to his parents, W.T. and Ruby Nell (Whitten) Pugh. He was the retired Natural Resources Conservationist for Logan County, served on the North Logan County Fair Board, a member of First Baptist Church in Paris and a United States Navy Veteran.
He is preceded in death by his father, W.T. Pugh.
Funeral Service was held at 10 a.m., on Thursday, June 13, 2013 at First Baptist Church in Paris officiated by Rev. Clyde Vire and Rev. Harlin Brewton. Graveside service was held at 2 p.m. at Hunt’s Chapel Cemetery in Rover officiated by Rev. Keith Shipley under the direction of Roller Funeral Home in Paris. Sign online guestbook at
